BUT WHO’S ROSIE?
Everyone wants to know, "Who's Rosie!?" The original Rosie was Rena Fox. During World War II, Rena moved to Seattle to work on planes. It was there that she met her husband, Mr. Rosenberg. After they married, Rena adopted the nickname “Rosie”. After the war, the Rosenbergs moved to the Snake River Valley and opened Rosie’s Drive In during the 1950’s and 1960’s. Later, their grandson Bob started “Rosie’s Ribs” as a catering service. Bob eventually sold the business to its current owner, Mike Busch.
